SheROX San Diego is now Athleta Esprit de She Triathlon San Diego!
Experience the evolution of a series. Staying true to the spirit of her, the Athleta Esprit de She Triathlon was born out of the successful SheROX Triathlon previously held in San Diego. Held at South Shores Park, a pretty spot just east of SeaWorld San Diego that is protected from the Pacific as part of Mission Bay Park, the plentiful palm trees and sandy beaches, plus views of Fiesta Island, will have you ready for a race in paradise.
Once you reach the finish, the Esprit de She signature post-race rendezvous awaits! Salute your success with a drink at our bubbly bar and enjoy tasty tapas and energetic tunes while browsing our bustling, community market showcasing fresh produce, local artisans, creative projects and more!

Esprit de She Triathlons are sanctioned by USA Triathlon (USAT). All participants, including individual relay team members, must be a USAT member or purchase a single-event permit for $12. To learn more about USAT rules and regulations, visit them online at USATriathlon.org.
If you are a Life Time member registering as part of a relay team, you must register for your entire team in order to receive the member rate.
Please note: there are no refunds, transfers or exchanges of registration for any reason. If you wish to switch to a different distance, please contact Athlete Services. There will be a $15.00 processing fee. Requests for changes must be received at least two weeks prior to race day.
Course Description
The Esprit de She Triathlon in San Diego takes place in and around South Shores Park. The swim is an out-and-back course starting at the boat launch, with the bike course looping around Fiesta Island and the run circling between the water and Sea World Drive.

Super Sprint | .375-kilometer ( .23-mile) swim • 10-kilometer (6.2-mile) bike • 2.5-kilometer (1.58-mile) run
Sprint | .75-kilometer (.5-mile) swim • 20-kilometer (12.4-mile) bike • 5-kilometer (3.1-mile) run

Schedule of Events
Race materials must be picked up the day before the race between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at South Shores Park (Mission Bay Parkway, San Diego, CA 92109). Packet pickup will not be available on race day.

5:00 a.m. Transition opens
6:45 a.m. Transition closes
7 a.m. Race begins
8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. Post-race rendezvous and market
