Held at South Shores Park, a pretty spot just east of SeaWorld San Diego that is protected from the Pacific as part of Mission Bay Park, the plentiful palm trees and sandy beaches, plus views of Fiesta Island, will have you ready for a race in paradise.

Gildan Esprit de She Triathlons are sanctioned by USA Triathlon (USAT). All participants, including individual relay team members, must be a USAT member or purchase a single-event permit for $12. To learn more about USAT rules and regulations, visit them online at USATriathlon.org.
If you are a Life Time member registering as part of a relay team, you must register for your entire team in order to receive the member rate.
If registering for a relay team, please assign one team captain to register your team. This person will be responsible for designating your team name and paying the relay team registration fee. Once the team captain has registered, additional relay team members may register. Enter your team name; registered team names will begin to auto fill. From there, proceed through to complete registration.
Need to change your race distance? Click here to go to your Chronotrack registration and select "Change Race" to choose a new distance. All changes must be done two weeks prior to the event.
Only participants that signed up for the Registration Refund option during registration can qualify for a refund. If you would like to defer your entry to next year, please login to your Chronotrack account and select "Change Race."
The Gildan Esprit de She San Diego Triathlon takes place in and around South Shores Park. The swim is an out-and-back course starting at the boat launch, with the bike course looping around Fiesta Island and the run circling between the water and Sea World Drive.

South Shores Park is located at Mission Bay Parkway, San Diego, CA 92109. Parking is available at South Shores Park in Mission Bay, but is sure to fill up quickly (by 5:45 a.m.). Additional parking will be available along the San Diego flood channel that parallels Sea World Drive. Vehicles will turn left at the stoplight, instead of right, into the park. At 6:30 a.m., Sea World Drive will be closed for the race and participants and spectators will need to park in the dirt lot at the corner of Sea World Dr. and Pacific Hwy., approximately 0.5 miles from the race site.
